3 THINGS TO GET YOU IN SHAPE QUICK!!!
Training here at M Wellness is by no means easy, but I can tell you its certainly ticking the boxes for innovative.
We train Power Cardio. Pushing our heat rate up in a 60 Second fast skip, then getting right on the Power Plate to perform 2 sets of a body part exercise with only 30 seconds rest in between. This is a full body wack, a way to get every part of you moving, and we do it fast!
To make it a little more challenging we stick your feet in our TRX Suspension Trainer so as you hang you get to perform those pushups on the Power Plate's machine platform while trying to stabalise your body from swinging.
Sound tough? Your Damn right! This is not for the faint hearted, but I promise you with this "Express" style workouts attacks your fast and slow twitch muscles and it will work and your stamina. Results are guaranteed, and thats a promise.

Many known faces such as Clint Eastwood use the Power Plate in a number of ways. Eastwood stretches and get his muscles moving before a round of golf to improve his game.
Sting, Claudia Schiffer and Hillary Swank also use it and Madonna is well known for her amazing physique from sessions on a Power Plate to get herself toned and fit for her shows.
